The SZESD9R3.3ST5G is a unidirectional TVS diode designed for ESD protection of ASSPs and ASICs in ultra low current applications. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 3.3V and a typical clamping voltage of 7.8V at 1A peak pulse current (8/20µs). The device offers ultra-low leakage current less than 1 nA and ultra-low capacitance of 0.5 pF at 1 MHz, making it suitable for high-speed data line protection. ESD protection meets IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4 with ±10kV contact and ±15kV air discharge, plus HBM rating of ±16kV. The part is AEC-Q101 qualified and PPAP capable for automotive applications. It is housed in a small SOD-923 surface mount package (1.00mm x 0.60mm x 0.4mm height) and is supplied in tape and reel packaging with 8000 pieces per reel. The device is Pb-free and Halogen-free, meets MSL 1 requirements, and has an operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C junction temperature.
