The ESD7361 Series ESD protection diodes are designed to protect high speed data lines from ESD. Ultra-low capacitance makes this device an ideal solution for protecting voltage sensitive high speed data lines.
Key specifications include a reverse working voltage of 5 V, minimum breakdown voltage of 16.5 V at 1 mA, and clamping voltages of 31 V at 8 A and 34 V at 16 A. The device offers ultra-low junction capacitance of 0.55 pF maximum at 0 V and 1 MHz, ensuring minimal signal degradation. It provides ±15 kV contact and air discharge ESD protection per IEC 61000-4-2, 40 A EFT protection per IEC 61000-4-4, and 1 A lightning protection per IEC 61000-4-5.
This diode is AEC-Q101 qualified for automotive applications and is available in a surface mount SOD-523 package. Typical applications include wireless chargers and near field communications (NFC). The device is Pb-Free, Halogen Free/BFR Free, and RoHS compliant.
