The SZ1SMA5936BT3G is a 30V Zener voltage regulator diode from onsemi's 1SMA59xxBT3G series. It offers a nominal Zener voltage of 30V with ±5% tolerance and a maximum power dissipation of 1.5W when measured at lead temperature TL=75°C. The device features a maximum Zener impedance of 26Ω at the test current IZT and a maximum reverse leakage current of 500nA at 22.8V.
This surface mount diode is housed in a DO-214AC (SMA) package, designed for top-side or bottom-side circuit board mounting. It supports an operating temperature range of -65°C to +150°C and is rated for soldering at 260°C for 10 seconds. The part is Pb-free and RoHS3 compliant (unverified).
