The ON Semiconductor SURS8120T3G is an ultra-fast recovery rectifier diode suitable for high voltage, high frequency rectification applications. It features a compact SMB (DO-214AA) surface mount package, making it ideal for space-constrained designs.
This diode boasts a peak repetitive reverse voltage of up to 600V and a continuous forward current rating of 1A at 159°C. Its fast recovery time of 35 ns ensures efficient operation in switching applications.
