The STTH30RQ06GY-TR is a standard fast recovery rectifier diode manufactured by STMicroelectronics. It is rated for a maximum reverse voltage of 600 V and an average rectified current of 30 A. The diode features a maximum forward voltage of 2.95 V at 30 A and a fast reverse recovery time of 55 ns, making it suitable for high-frequency switching applications.
