The STIEC45-30AS is a unidirectional Zener-type TVS diode designed for general-purpose transient voltage suppression. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 30V and a maximum clamping voltage of 55V at a peak pulse current of 500A (8/20µs waveform).
This device is housed in a DO-214AB (SMC) surface-mount package, suitable for automated assembly. It operates over a junction temperature range of -55°C to 150°C, making it appropriate for a wide range of environments.
