The Samtec SSW-127-01-S-D is a 54-position receptacle connector from the SSW series. It is a double-row, through-hole connector with a pitch of 2.54mm (0.100") and row spacing of 2.54mm. The connector uses forked contacts made of phosphor bronze with a tin finish (30.0µin thickness). The insulator is black liquid crystal polymer with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating.
Electrically, the connector is rated for 4.7A per contact (with 2 pins powered) and a voltage rating of 465 VAC / 655 VDC. The operating temperature range is -55°C to +125°C with gold plating, but with tin plating the range is -55°C to +105°C. The contact length is 2.64mm and insulation height is 8.51mm.
This connector is suitable for board-to-board or cable connections with a push-pull fastening type. It mates with Samtec TSW, MTSW, MTLW, DW, EW, ZW, TSS, ZSS, TSM, TSSH, HTSS series. The insertion depth range is 3.68mm to 6.35mm. The connector is lead-free solderable for the -S and -D row options.
