The SSM-104-L-SV is a 4-position single row surface mount receptacle from Samtec's SSM series. It features a 2.54mm (0.100") pitch and uses the Tiger Claw™ dual wipe contact system for reliable connections. The contacts are gold plated (10 µ" on mating surface) with matte tin on tails, ensuring good conductivity and solderability.
This connector is rated for 5.2A per contact and can handle up to 405VAC or 572VDC. It operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C. The insulation is black liquid crystal polymer with a height of 7.37mm. It supports data rates up to 8 Gbps and is suitable for board-to-board or cable applications.
The part is packaged in tubes (56 pieces per tube) and is surface mount with solder termination. It mates with Samtec TSW, MTSW, and other series. The push-pull fastening type allows easy insertion and removal.
