The SNUP2114UCMR6T1G is a TVS diode from On Semiconductor's NUP2114 series, designed for ESD protection of high-speed data lines. It features an ultra-low capacitance of 0.8pF at 1 MHz, making it suitable for USB 2.0 and other high-speed interfaces. The device provides a reverse standoff voltage of 5V and a typical clamping voltage of 10V at 8A peak pulse current (8/20µs). It offers robust ESD protection: 16kV HBM, 13kV contact, and 15kV air discharge per IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4. The diode is AEC-Q101 qualified for automotive applications and is RoHS compliant, Pb-Free, and Halogen Free. It is available in a surface-mount SOT-23-6 Thin / TSOT-23-6 package (6-TSOP). The device is a steering (rail-to-rail) type with two unidirectional channels and power line protection capability. Operating temperature range is -40°C to 125°C junction temperature.
