The SMM-110-01-S-D is a 20-position, dual-row receptacle connector from Samtec's Tiger Eye series. It features a 2.00 mm pitch and through-hole mounting, with a push-pull fastening mechanism. The connector is designed for board-to-board or cable applications and is rated for 3.2 A per contact (with 2 pins powered) and 350 VAC.
Electrical and mechanical specifications include an operating temperature range of -55°C to 125°C, a flammability rating of UL94 V-0, and an insulation height of 3.56 mm. The contacts are beryllium copper with 30 µ" (0.76 µm) gold plating on the mating area and matte tin on the tails. The insertion depth is 3.05 mm to 3.25 mm, and the connector is rated for at least 100 mating cycles with 10 µ" gold plating, with higher cycles expected for the 30 µ" gold finish.
The connector is lead-free solderable and comes in tube packaging (29 parts per package). It mates with Samtec TMM, TMMH, MTMM, and other series headers. The SMM-110-01-S-D supports data rates up to 8 Gbps and is suitable for a variety of industrial and communication applications.
