The Diodes Incorporated SMCJ85CA-13-F is a 1500W Surface Mount Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) Diode designed for general purpose applications. This device features a standoff voltage of 85V and a breakdown voltage of 137V, providing robust protection against voltage transients.
Constructed with glass passivated die, the SMCJ85CA-13-F offers excellent clamping capability and a fast response time. It is housed in a DO-214AB, SMC package, suitable for surface mounting. The diode operates within a temperature range of -55°C to 150°C.
This TVS diode is RoHS compliant and manufactured with a lead-free finish. It is also halogen and antimony free, meeting 'Green' device standards. The standard package quantity is 3000 units on tape and reel.
