The SMCJ64CA-13-F is a 1500W surface-mount transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode from Diodes Incorporated. It is designed to protect sensitive electronic circuits from voltage transients induced by lightning, inductive load switching, and ESD.
Key electrical specifications include a reverse standoff voltage of 64 V, a clamping voltage of 103 V at a peak pulse current of 14.6 A, and a peak pulse power dissipation of 1500 W (10/1000 µs waveform).
