It is a unidirectional Zener-type device with a reverse standoff voltage of 28V and a minimum breakdown voltage of 31.1V. The maximum clamping voltage at peak pulse current (13.3A, 10/1000µs) is 45.4V. This component does not provide power line protection. It is suitable for surface-mount assembly using the DO-214AA (SMB) package, also known as supplier device package DO-214AA (SMBJ). The operating temperature range is -65°C to 150°C.
