The SLW-105-01-T-D is a low profile socket strip receptacle from Samtec's SLW series. It features 10 positions arranged in 2 rows with a 0.100" (2.54mm) pitch, making it suitable for board-to-board stacking applications. The connector uses a through hole mounting style and solder termination, with a push-pull fastening mechanism for secure mating.
This receptacle is rated for a current of 5.2A per pin (with 2 pins powered) and a voltage of 406 VAC. It operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +105°C when mated with tin-plated contacts. The insulator is made of black G.F. polyester, and the contacts are phosphor bronze with a tin finish. The contact system is Samtec's Tiger Buy™, ensuring reliable performance.
The part has an insulation height of 4.57mm (0.180") and a mated stacking height of 6.09mm. The insertion depth ranges from 2.16mm to 2.92mm. It is not lead-free solderable and requires lead wave soldering only. The connector is RoHS3 compliant and REACH unaffected, with an MSL rating of 1 (unlimited).
Typical applications include board-to-board interconnections in various electronic systems where a low profile, high-density connector is required. The SLW series mates with a variety of Samtec header strips such as TSW, TLW, and MTSW series.
