The Samtec SFM-107-01-S-D is a 14-position, 2-row, 1.27mm pitch through-hole receptacle from the SFM series of rugged Tiger Eye connectors. It features female socket contacts with a tin finish over 30 microinch nickel underplate, providing reliable electrical performance. The insulator is molded from black LCP with a UL94 V-0 flammability rating, suitable for a wide operating temperature range of -55°C to +125°C.
This connector is rated for 3.2A per contact (with a datasheet reference of 3.7A per pin when 2 pins are powered) and 250VAC (datasheet reference 275VAC). The push-pull fastening type and through-hole solder termination make it suitable for board-to-board or cable applications. Mated stacking heights range from 6.02mm to 11.63mm, offering flexibility in system design.
The Tiger Eye contact design provides high reliability and durability, with a beryllium copper contact material known for excellent spring properties. This connector is lead-free solderable and RoHS compliant, making it suitable for environmentally conscious designs.
