SETLBKRDAUEE

The C&K Components SETLBKRDAUEE is a microminiature SPDT key switch from the SET series, featuring a wide button and a red LED illumination. This switch is designed for high reliability and long life, suitable for low-level switching applications and ready for PCB implementation. It offers a latching function, making it versatile for various control needs.

Electrically, the switch is rated for a maximum switching power of 240 mW DC, a maximum switching voltage of 24 V DC, and a maximum switching current of 10 mA DC. The carrying current at 20°C is 100 mA for push-push versions. It boasts a dielectric strength of 500 V and an operating life of at least 5 x 10^6 operations for momentary use and 5 x 10^5 operations for push-push versions. Initial contact resistance is ≤ 50 mΩ, increasing to ≤ 100 mΩ after 5 x 10^6 operations. Insulation resistance is ≥ 10^10 Ω, and capacitance is ≤ 0.8 pF at 10 kHz, with a bounce time of ≤ 2.5 ms.

Environmentally, the switch operates within a temperature range of -25°C to 85°C. Mechanically, it features a non-shorting mode of switching and PC pin terminals for soldering and centering pin mounting. The total travel is ≤ 3 mm, with a switching travel of 1.5 mm and a latching travel of 1.8 mm. The operating force is 1.5 ± 0.5 N. The switch is compatible with wave soldering and lead-free soldering profiles, as well as hand soldering at 350°C for 3 seconds.

Typical applications include medical devices, instrumentation, industrial electronics, and audio electronics. The RoHS status is compliant, and the MSL is 1.
