The SESD7L5.0DT5G is a TVS diode from On Semiconductor designed for ESD protection in high-speed data lines. It features an ultra-low typical capacitance of 0.25 pF (bidirectional mode) to preserve signal integrity. The device offers a stand-off voltage of 5 V and a low clamping voltage of 10.4 V at 1 A (8/20 µs). It provides IEC 61000-4-2 Level 4 ESD protection of ±10 kV contact discharge. The response time is typically less than 1 ns. The device is housed in a compact SOT-723 surface mount package with body dimensions 1.20 mm x 1.20 mm x 0.5 mm. It is Pb-free and meets MSL 1 requirements. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 150°C. With two unidirectional channels, it can protect two separate lines or one bidirectional line.
