The SDMG0340LS-7-F is a surface mount Schottky barrier diode array from Diodes Incorporated. It consists of two Schottky diodes connected in series, housed in a compact SOT-323 package. This device is designed for high speed switching applications and offers low forward voltage drop and fast switching characteristics.
Key electrical specifications include a peak repetitive reverse voltage (VRRM) of 40V, a forward continuous current (IF) of 30mA, and a low forward voltage (VF) of 370mV maximum at 1mA.
