The ABLIC Inc. S-80825CNNB-B8KT2G is a high-precision voltage detector developed using CMOS process. It offers a fixed detection voltage of 2.5V with an accuracy of ±2.0%. The device features an Active Low output that can be either Nch open-drain or CMOS output, providing flexibility for various circuit designs.
With a super-low current consumption of 1.3 µA typ. (at detection voltage ≤1.4 V, VDD = 1.5 V) and an operating voltage range of 0.65 V to 5.0 V (for detection voltage ≤1.4 V), this voltage detector is well-suited for portable equipment applications. The S-808xxC series supports detection voltages from 0.8 V to 6.0 V in 0.1 V steps and offers hysteresis characteristics of 5% typ.
