The Teledyne RF103-12 is an ultraminiature DPDT Centigrid® relay designed for improved RF signal repeatability over a wide frequency range. It is highly suitable for use in attenuator and other RF circuits.
Key performance features include high repeatability, broader bandwidth, and a metal enclosure for EMI shielding. It also offers a ground pin option for improved case grounding, high isolation between control and signal paths, and high resistance to ESD.
Construction features include a Uni-frame motor design for high magnetic efficiency and mechanical rigidity. Minimum mass components and welded construction provide maximum resistance to shock and vibration. The relays are hermetically sealed and feature gold-plated precious metal alloy contacts for reliable switching. Solderable leads are also included.
