The KEMET R60MI3150DQ30K is a metallized polyester (PET) film capacitor with a nominal capacitance of 0.15 µF and a rated voltage of 400 VDC. It features a capacitance tolerance of ±10% (code K) and is designed for through-hole mounting with radial leads of tinned wire. The capacitor is encapsulated in a thermosetting resin box meeting UL 94V-0 flammability requirements.
This component is part of the R60 series, which offers self-healing properties and operates over a temperature range of -55°C to +105°C (climatic category 55/105/56). It is qualified to AEC-Q200 for automotive applications up to 22.5 mm lead spacing. Typical applications include blocking, coupling, decoupling, bypassing, and interference suppression in low voltage automotive circuits.
