PUSB3TB6AZ

The PUSB3TB6AZ is a 6-channel ESD protection diode array in a rail-to-rail steering topology, designed to protect ultra high-speed interfaces such as SuperSpeed USB, SD card 3.0, and Thunderbolt. It integrates six high-level ESD protection diode structures with an ultra-low line capacitance of only 0.27 pF per channel, ensuring minimal signal degradation. The device features a unique snap-back structure capable of clamping ESD transients to ±10 kV contact discharge and ±15 kV air discharge, exceeding IEC 61000-4-2 level 4. The typical clamping voltage is 4.8 V, and the peak pulse current rating is 3.5 A (8/20 µs waveform).

The device is housed in a leadless XSON7 surface-mount package (SOT1358-1) with body dimensions of 1.1 mm x 2.1 mm x 0.5 mm and a 0.5 mm pitch. It supports signal lines with matched 0.5 mm trace spacing and ≤0.05 pF matching capacitance between signal pairs. The operating temperature range is -40°C to +85°C. Typical applications include portable devices, smartphones, tablets, TVs, monitors, notebooks, set-top boxes, and game consoles.
