Each signal line has an integrated rail-to-rail clamping diode with an ultra-low line capacitance of only 0.35 pF. The diodes utilize a snap-back structure to protect downstream components from ESD voltages up to ±15 kV contact discharge, exceeding IEC 61000-4-2 level 4.

 

The PUSB3FR6Z supports SuperSpeed USB 3.2 at 10 Gbps and is suitable for applications including portable and wearable devices, smartphones, tablet PCs, TVs, monitors, and notebooks. It operates within a temperature range of -40°C to +85°C.

 

The device is encapsulated in a leadless ultra-small DFN2111-7 (SOT1358-1) surface-mounted device (SMD) plastic package with a 0.5 mm pitch. Its design-friendly 'pass-through' signal routing simplifies board layout.
