The PUSB3FA1Z is a 4-channel ESD protection diode from Nexperia, designed to safeguard ultra high-speed interfaces such as USB 3.2, HDMI, DisplayPort, eSATA, and LVDS. It integrates four steering (rail-to-rail) diode structures with ultra-low line capacitance of only 0.29 pF per channel, ensuring signal integrity for high-speed data lines.
The device offers robust system-level ESD protection with ±15 kV contact discharge capability, exceeding IEC 61000-4-2 level 4. It features a snap-back structure with a dynamic resistance of 0.27 Ω, providing deep protection for downstream components. The peak pulse current rating is 7 A (8/20 µs).
The PUSB3FA1Z is housed in a leadless DFN2510A-10 (SOT1176-1) plastic package, suitable for surface mount assembly.
