The PUSB3AB6Z is a 6-channel ESD protection diode array from Nexperia, specifically designed to safeguard high-speed interfaces including SuperSpeed USB 3.1 (10 Gbps), Secure Digital card 3.0, and Thunderbolt.
Each channel features an ultra-low typical line capacitance of 0.15 pF, enabling high-speed signal integrity. The snapback structure delivers system-level ESD protection up to ±15 kV contact discharge, exceeding IEC 61000-4-2 level 4. The device can handle 5 A peak pulse current (8/20 µs waveform) with a reverse standoff voltage of 6 V.
The device is housed in a leadless DFN2111-7 (SOT1358-1) surface-mount package, also known as 7-XSON (1.1x2.1 mm). It supports operating temperatures from -40°C to 85°C. The package offers matched 0.5 mm trace spacing and design-friendly pass-through signal routing.
