The PTVS5V0P1UP,115 from Nexperia USA Inc. is a unidirectional transient voltage suppression (TVS) diode designed for automotive applications. It provides protection against voltage transients by clamping excessive voltages to safe levels. With a reverse standoff voltage of 5V and a maximum clamping voltage of 9.2V, it can handle peak pulse currents up to 65.2A and peak pulse power up to 600W. This device is not intended for power line protection. It is surface mountable in the compact SOD-128/CFP5 package, suitable for space-constrained designs.
