The PTVS36VP1UTP,115 is a 600W unidirectional transient voltage suppressor (TVS) diode from Nexperia, designed for transient overvoltage protection in high-temperature applications. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 36V and a maximum clamping voltage of 58.1V at a peak pulse current of 10.3A (10/1000 µs waveform).
This device is AEC-Q101 qualified for automotive applications and offers high-temperature stability with a maximum junction temperature of 185°C. The reverse leakage current is extremely low at 0.001 µA.
