The PTVS24VU1UPAZ is a 300W unidirectional Transient Voltage Suppressor (TVS) diode designed for transient overvoltage protection. It features a reverse standoff voltage of 24V and a clamping voltage of 38.8V, making it suitable for 24V rail protection in automotive and industrial systems.
This device delivers a peak pulse current of 79A for an 8/20µs pulse and 7.7A for a 10/1000µs pulse. It offers very low reverse current of 1nA and a capacitance of 650pF at 1MHz. ESD protection is rated to 30kV contact and air discharge per IEC 61000-4-2.
Housed in a compact DFN2020-3 (SOT1061) surface-mount package measuring 2mm x 2mm x 0.65mm, the device supports an operating temperature range of -55°C to 150°C. It is AEC-Q101 qualified for automotive applications and RoHS3 compliant (unverified).
