The Nexperia PSMN6R0-30YLDX is a logic level N-channel enhancement mode MOSFET utilizing NextPowerS3 Technology, delivered in an LFPAK56 package. This device is optimized for 4.5 V gate drive and offers high efficiency with low spiking performance due to its unique “SchottkyPlus” technology.
Key electrical characteristics include a maximum drain-source voltage of 30V and a maximum drain current of 66A at 25°C. The on-state resistance (Rds On) is as low as 6 mΩ at 15A and 10V Vgs, with ultra-low QG, QGD, and QOSS for improved system efficiency, especially at higher switching frequencies. It also boasts superfast switching with a soft-recovery characteristic (s-factor > 1).
This MOSFET is suitable for various applications including on-board DC-to-DC solutions for servers and telecommunications, secondary-side synchronous rectification, voltage regulator modules (VRM), and point-of-load (POL) modules. It is also used for power delivery to V-core, ASIC, DDR, GPU, VGA, and system components, as well as brushed and brushless motor control.
The component is housed in an LFPAK56, Power-SO8 package (SOT-669) with a surface mount type. It is wave solderable with exposed leads for optimal visual solder inspection. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 175°C (TJ).
