The Nexperia PRTR5V0U4D-QH is an ultra-low capacitance quadruple rail-to-rail ElectroStatic Discharge (ESD) protection device. It is housed in a compact SOT457 (SC-74) small Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package.
This device is engineered to safeguard four high-speed data lines or high-frequency signal lines from damage caused by ESD and other transients. It integrates four ultra-low capacitance rail-to-rail ESD protection channels and an additional ESD protection diode, ensuring signal line integrity even without a supply voltage.
Key features include ESD protection up to 8 kV (IEC 61000-4-2, level 4), ultra-low input/output to ground capacitance of 1 pF, and very low clamping voltage. The operating temperature range is -55°C to 150°C.
