The Nexperia PMLL4148L is a single high-speed switching diode fabricated in planar technology and encapsulated in a small hermetically sealed glass SOD-80C Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) package. It is designed for high-speed switching applications and reverse polarity protection.
Key electrical specifications include a maximum reverse voltage of 75V, a repetitive peak reverse voltage of 100V, and a maximum forward current of 200mA. The diode offers a fast reverse recovery time of 4ns (typical) when switched from 10mA to 60mA. Forward voltage is rated at 1V maximum at 50mA and 100mA.
