The Nexperia PMEG60T30ELP-QX is a Trench MEGA Schottky barrier rectifier designed for low voltage rectification and high efficiency DC-to-DC conversion. It features a maximum reverse voltage of 60V and an average forward current of up to 3A.
This rectifier utilizes Trench MEGA Schottky technology, resulting in low leakage current and a low forward voltage of typically 550mV at 3A. The device is encapsulated in a small and flat lead CFP5 (SOD128) surface-mounted device (SMD) plastic package, measuring 3.8 mm x 2.6 mm x 1 mm. It is suitable for both reflow and wave soldering processes.
Key electrical characteristics include a fast reverse recovery time of 16 ns and a capacitance of 560pF at 1V and 1MHz. The operating temperature range is from -65°C to 175°C, with a maximum junction temperature of 175°C.
