The PMEG6020ER is a planar Schottky barrier rectifier from Nexperia, designed for low voltage rectification and high efficiency DC-to-DC conversion. It is rated for a maximum reverse voltage of 60V and an average forward current of 2A. The forward voltage is typically 460mV and maximum 530mV at 2A and 25°C, enabling low power dissipation. Reverse current is typically 60µA and maximum 150µA at 60V. The device features an integrated guard ring for stress protection and clip-bond technology for high power capability. It is encapsulated in a small and flat lead SOD-123W (CFP3) surface mount package.
