PMEG6010ETR,115 is a planar Schottky barrier rectifier from Nexperia with an integrated guard ring for stress protection. It is rated for 60V reverse voltage and 1A average forward current, making it suitable for low voltage rectification and DC-DC conversion.
Key electrical characteristics include a low forward voltage of 460 mV typical (530 mV maximum) at 1A, low reverse current of 30 µA typical (60 µA maximum), and a fast reverse recovery time of 4.4 ns. The device can handle non-repetitive peak forward current up to 50A.
Designed for high temperature operation with a maximum junction temperature of 175°C. Total power dissipation depends on PCB layout: 680 mW on standard footprint FR4, up to 1.15 W with a 1cm² cathode pad, and up to 2.14 W on a ceramic substrate. Thermal resistance junction-to-ambient is 220 K/W on standard FR4 and 130 K/W with an improved copper pad.
