The PMEG6010ER,115 is a 60V, 1A low VF Schottky barrier rectifier from Nexperia. It is a planar Schottky barrier rectifier with an integrated guard ring for stress protection, encapsulated in a SOD123W (CFP3) small and flat lead SMD plastic package. Key specifications include: maximum reverse voltage 60V, average forward current 1A (duty cycle 0.5, 20kHz square wave, Tamb≤110°C), typical forward voltage 460mV and maximum 530mV at 1A and 25°C, maximum reverse current 60µA at 60V and 25°C, non-repetitive peak forward current 50A (8ms half sine wave, Tj=25°C). Power dissipation is 1.8W maximum on ceramic PCB (Al2O3, standard footprint). Junction temperature maximum 150°C, storage temperature range -65°C to 150°C. Typical capacitance 120pF at 1V, 1MHz. The device features clip-bond technology for high power capability. Thermal resistance depends on PCB: 220K/W on FR4 single-sided copper standard footprint, 130K/W with 1cm² cathode pad, 70K/W on ceramic PCB. Applications include low voltage rectification, high efficiency DC-to-DC conversion, switch mode power supplies (SMPS), reverse polarity protection, and low power consumption circuits. The device is surface mount and RoHS3 compliant (unverified).
