The PMEG6010CEGW is a planar Schottky barrier rectifier with an integrated guard ring for stress protection, encapsulated in a small SOD123 Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package. It is designed for low voltage rectification, high efficiency DC-to-DC conversion, switch mode power supply, reverse polarity protection, and low power consumption applications.
Key electrical specifications include a maximum reverse voltage of 60V, a maximum forward current of 1A, a typical forward voltage of 0.57V (max 0.66V at 1A), and a typical reverse current of 11µA (max 50µA at 60V). The device can handle repetitive peak forward current up to 7A and non-repetitive peak forward current up to 9A.
