The PMEG4030ER is a 40V, 3A low VF Schottky barrier rectifier from Nexperia, encapsulated in a SOD123W (CFP3) small and flat lead surface-mount plastic package. It features a planar Schottky design with an integrated guard ring for stress protection and clip-bond technology for high power capability.
