The Nexperia PMEG4010CPA,115 is a planar Schottky barrier rectifier in a common cathode configuration. It features an integrated guard ring for stress protection and is encapsulated in a leadless DFN2020-3 (SOT1061) small surface-mounted device plastic package with medium power capability.
