The PMEG4005AEAF is a 40V, 0.5A very low forward voltage Schottky barrier rectifier manufactured by Nexperia USA Inc. It features a planar Schottky barrier design with an integrated guard ring for stress protection. The device is housed in a SOD323 (SC-76) very small SMD plastic package with 2 leads, a 1.3 mm pitch, and body dimensions of 1.7 mm x 1.25 mm x 0.95 mm.
Electrically, the part is rated for a maximum reverse voltage of 40V and a continuous forward current of 500 mA. The forward voltage is typically 420 mV and maximum 470 mV at 500 mA.
