The PMEG3010EB is a 30V, 1A very low VF Schottky barrier rectifier from Nexperia. It features a planar Schottky barrier design with an integrated guard ring for stress protection, ensuring high reliability. The diode is encapsulated in an ultra-small and flat lead SOD523 (SC-79) plastic package, making it ideal for space-constrained applications.
Key electrical characteristics include a maximum reverse voltage of 30V, a maximum forward current of 1A (with Tsp ≤ 55°C), and a typical forward voltage of 610 mV at 1A (max 680 mV).
