The Nexperia PMEG2020CPA,115 is a planar Schottky barrier rectifier in a common cathode configuration. It features an integrated guard ring for stress protection and is encapsulated in a SOT1061 leadless small Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package with medium power capability.
Key electrical specifications include an average forward current of up to 2A and a reverse voltage rating of up to 20V. The rectifier exhibits a low forward voltage, typically 385mV at 2A, and a fast reverse recovery time of 55ns.
