The Nexperia PMEG2010AEB is a 20 V, 1 A low VF MEGA Schottky barrier rectifier designed for low voltage rectification and high efficiency DC/DC conversion. It features an integrated guard ring for stress protection and is encapsulated in a SOD523 (SC-79) ultra-small plastic SMD package.
With a maximum reverse voltage of 20 V and forward current of 1 A (at Ts ≤ 55 °C), this Schottky diode offers a typical forward voltage of 510 mV and a maximum of 620 mV at 1 A. The junction capacitance is typically 25 pF at 1 V and 1 MHz, and the device can handle repetitive peak forward currents up to 3.5 A and non-repetitive surges up to 6 A.
