The PMEG2005ET,215 is a Planar Maximum Efficiency General Application (MEGA) Schottky barrier rectifier from Nexperia, designed with an integrated guard ring for stress protection. It is encapsulated in a small SOT23 (TO-236-3, SC-59, SOT-23-3) surface mount plastic package.
Key electrical specifications include a maximum reverse voltage of 20V, a maximum forward current of 500mA, and a very low forward voltage of 355mV typical (390mV maximum) at 500mA.
