The PMEG2005EGWJ is a planar MEGA Schottky barrier rectifier from Nexperia with an integrated guard ring for stress protection. It is encapsulated in a small SOD-123 surface mount plastic package. Key electrical characteristics include a maximum reverse voltage of 20V, maximum forward current of 0.5A, typical low forward voltage of 355mV at 500mA, and typical reverse current of 40µA at 20V.
