The Nexperia PESD5Z6.0,115 is a unidirectional ElectroStatic Discharge (ESD) protection diode. It is housed in an ultra-small and flat lead SOD523 (SC-79) Surface-Mounted Device (SMD) plastic package, designed to safeguard a single signal line from damage caused by ESD and other transient events.
