The PESD5Z5.0,115 is a low capacitance unidirectional ESD protection diode from Nexperia's PESD5Zx series. It is designed to protect one signal line from electrostatic discharge and other transients. The device features a reverse standoff voltage of 5.0 V and a clamping voltage of 18 V at 10 A (8/20 µs). It offers ESD protection up to 30 kV per IEC 61000-4-2. The diode is housed in a SOD523 (SC-79) ultra-small flat lead surface-mount package. It is suitable for applications such as Ethernet port protection.
