The Nexperia PESD5V0X1BL is an ultra-low capacitance bidirectional ESD protection diode housed in a compact SOD882 (DFN1006-2) surface-mount package. It is engineered to safeguard single signal lines from damage caused by electrostatic discharge (ESD) and other transient events.
