The PESD5V0X1BCL,315 is an extremely low capacitance bidirectional ElectroStatic Discharge (ESD) protection diode from Nexperia. It is designed to protect one signal line from ESD and other transients. The device features a reverse standoff voltage of 5.5 V, a maximum clamping voltage of 18 V, and a typical diode capacitance of 0.49 pF at 1 MHz. It provides ESD protection up to 8 kV per IEC 61000-4-2 and can handle a peak pulse current of 1.7 A (8/20 μs).
The device is housed in a leadless ultra small SOD-882 (DFN1006-2) surface-mount package, making it ideal for high-speed data line protection in space-constrained applications. It is qualified to AEC-Q101 for automotive use and is RoHS and REACH compliant. The operating temperature range is -65°C to 150°C.
