The PESD5V0V1BL,315 is a bidirectional ESD protection diode from Nexperia designed to protect one signal line from electrostatic discharge and other transients. It features a maximum reverse standoff voltage of 5 V and a clamping voltage of 12.5 V. The device can handle a peak pulse current of 4.8 A (8/20 µs) and a peak pulse power of 45 W. With a typical diode capacitance of 11 pF at 1 MHz, it is suitable for high-speed data lines.
