The Nexperia PESD5V0V1BB,115 is a bidirectional ElectroStatic Discharge (ESD) protection diode. It is designed to protect one signal line from damage caused by ESD and other transients.
This TVS diode features a very low capacitance of 1pF at 1MHz and 1MHz, making it suitable for high-speed data lines. It provides ESD protection up to 30 kV and has a maximum peak pulse power rating of 45W (8/20µs). The diode has a reverse standoff voltage of 5V and a low clamping voltage of 12.5V, with an ultra-low leakage current of less than 1nA.
